How to Get the Most from MetisAI Interactive Guide

Remember that AI can give you slightly different answers to the same questions. More importantly it can also, like people, misunderstand what you mean. Therefore, always check that your commands are executed in the way you meant, like whether it has decoded the model and has access to all attached files.

Start by treating MetisAI as a thinking companion, not as a simple app. Take a little time to learn how to interact with it, especially through the Interactive Guide and the first cards in the Dashboard. If possible, begin with Card 1 and then move to My Life Journey, starting with Section 100 My Life in Brief. This gives MetisAI the foundation it needs to support you properly.

Before each session, make sure you attach the required files, especially 000_My_Life_Story.docx and MetisAI_Progress_Table.xlsx. If you want a more natural, phone-like experience, use voice mode (you need special subscription) and check at the start that MetisAI can read the attachments correctly. You do not need a finished autobiography. You can begin with photos, notes, memories, voice reflections, a CV, or simply a conversation.

During the session, stay in command. Speak naturally, but check that the system is giving you what you actually asked for. If needed, interrupt, clarify, or restate your request. The aim is to turn your life material into properly structured sections and useful guidance, not just casual chat.

At the end of every session, always check that MetisAI has created the required draft output file in the correct format:

This file should contain only the new or updated snippets, not the whole Life Story. Download it before closing, then return to the Dashboard for further processing or consolidation. That final check is essential if you want your MetisAI system to remain accurate, complete, and useful over time.
