Before each session, attach the required files, especially your current 000_My_Life_Story.docx and MetisAI_Progress_Table.xlsx. This module is designed for serious decisions and crises, not for starting from scratch.

When you begin, describe the situation honestly and clearly. This module is there to help you reflect on critical decisions, relationship crises, and major life crossroads in a structured way. You can bring a difficult choice, a conflict, a setback, or an emotionally charged situation, but the more factual and precise you are, the more useful the guidance will be. The aim is not to rush you or push you into action, but to help you see the situation from several angles and reach a more balanced, well-grounded course of action.

During the session, stay open but also stay in command. Check that the system reflects your real situation, your values, and the likely consequences of each option. If something feels inaccurate, incomplete, or too simplistic, correct it immediately. This module should help you think more clearly under pressure, not reduce a serious matter to vague reassurance.

At the end of every session, always check that the correct draft output file has been created in this format:

It should contain only the new or updated snippets, not the whole Life Story. Download the file before closing, then return to the MetisAI Dashboard so it can be used for further processing.
