MetisAI Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MetisAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

MetisAI is a life companion system that helps you:

• Document your life story across 33 structured sections
• Organize your life documents in Google Drive
• Track progress on your life story completion
• Work with your preferred AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or DeepSeek)

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not share your account with others
• Not use the service for any illegal purposes

4. Google Drive Access

By using MetisAI, you grant us limited access to your Google Drive to:

• Create folders for organizing your life story
• Create and update documents within those folders
• Access only files created by MetisAI (we cannot access other files)

You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to your life story content. MetisAI does not claim ownership of your personal stories or documents.

Service: MetisAI software, design, and branding are owned by Sustensis Ltd.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

• Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime
• We are not liable for data loss (always backup important files)

7. Subscription and Billing

MetisAI requires a valid license key:

• License keys are managed through Payhip
• Annual or lifetime subscriptions available
• Refunds handled according to Payhip policies

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Are inactive for extended periods
• Are used fraudulently

9. Limitation of Liability

MetisAI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data or content
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Service interruptions

Important: Always maintain backups of important documents.

10. Privacy

Your use of MetisAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MetisAI after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
